Ultra Chem Labs Neutralizer rinse residue remover is a safe, versatile eco preferable acidic rinse product comprised of two natural food grade acids. This product meets CRI’s initiatives to help protect air quality and carpet’s lifespan that lead to smarter buying decisions for cleaners and equipment.
Use after Stripping Floors
Neutralizer is effective for neutralizing excess alkalinity after stripping traditional floor finishes. Use at 1 ounce per gallon (8 ml/liter) of water. Note: Do not use on Marble or other acid sensitive surfaces.
Neutralizes & Conditions Carpet
Because of its mild acid character, Neutralizer neutralizes any excess alkalinity in carpet caused by shampoo and/or hard water residues. This leaves carpets feeling soft and conditioned. Use at 1 ounce per gallon (8ml/liter) of water.
Neutralizer utilizes food grade acids to safely neutralize the effect of the stripping process leaving your floors in prime condition for floor finish application. Neutralizer will also outperform various hazardous chemicals such as hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids, as well as neutralize malodor odors and harsh residues left behind from previous users. Neutralizer is the ideal choice for an environmentally preferable, high performance acidic rinse for floor finish preparation.
