Most orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm. In some cases it may take longer. Larger orders my be drop shipped from the manufacturer and may take longer.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Some items have a small handling fee built into the shipping cost that you see during checkout.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unopened condition the way we shipped it to you to be returned.
You must return the item within 3 days of your purchase.

3. You are responsible for return shipping and insuring the returned merchandise.
Items can not be returned if they are opened. Cleaning chemicals, aerosols, floor finish and any liquids can not be returned.
All items are subject to a 35% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in new unopened condition, you may exchange it for a different color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping for the item you want to exchange as well as shipping of the item you want to exchange it for.
If after opening package you see freight damage, take pictures of what you see and contact us within 24hrs. We will make a freight claim and get you taken care of.
We use USPS and UPS as our shippers for quality assurance. We can not be held responsible for merchandise stolen from your mailbox or wherever UPS or USPS leaves it on your property.
