They offered the best service, and are the most kind people in town. The store is very neat and displays various kinds... of dealerships of sewing machines and vacuum cleaners. I had to repair my OREC vacuum cleaner because of many years use. They fixed it nicely and kindly. I would highly recommend this store; you can trust and depend on those people who work in the store. There aren't many Miele repair shops out there and I have to say if they are all like ABC Fullerton you are in good... hands. The owner serviced my C1 machine quickly and professionally. He gave me good advice on another machine I was looking at and was overall very professional. I will return here for my next Miele purchase and I encourage you to do the same.read more

So my wife has not been happy with her dear old 1949 Featherweight candy apple red sewing machine since she had it... painted some time ago. So she just took it in to Mike at ABC in Fullerton. Mike diagnosed the machine and provided a reasonable estimate promptly. He did a great job fixing it, explaining what he did, and schooling us on the finer aspects of this great sewing machine. When we got it home, she tried it out. She was beside herself. It now works the best ever. It even sounds better. She is so happy with it. Only one problem now... every time I walk by, she smiles at me.Please tell her to stop.Great job Mike. Thanks.read more

I just purchased an Elna Explore 220 at ABC and I can't say enough nice things about this shop. Mike is an incredibly... knowledgable and friendly guy and guided me through the process of selecting the right machine for my needs. He did not try to up-sell my on anything and actually tried saving me money where ever possible. This is much appreciated and a very honest approach that will keep me coming back for supplies when needed.As a novice sewer, Mike also let me know the benefits of buying a machine locally instead of online. I had taken my Singer sewing machine to another local shop and I was not impressed. I told the guy that the machine... skipped stitches when I dropped it off and when he called he said that it did not skip for him. I paid him and took it home to find it still skipped! Instead of taking it back I went to Mike after reading his wonderful reviews.Mike called me after he had went through the machine and informed me that the clearance between the needle and the hook point was too wide and that was why it was skipping stitches. He also informed me that the machine needed to be lubricated in the areas that needed the covers removed to get to. The other shop said they serviced the machine but they must have done a quick job and did not remove all the covers!I told Mike to do whatever the machine needed. My machine sounds and sews I think better than when I bought it!! I am telling all my friends to go see Mike.read more

I was looking for a drive belt for a hand held vacuum cleaner. I could not find it anywhere including Hoover. I was... told that ABC will have it. The young man went through all his belts and finally found one that fitted well and the vacuum cleaner worked like new. He spent 20 minutes and charged me very little. Excellent service.read more

I have had the pleasure of getting the most informative, down to earth, problem solving from Mike. He is professional,... honest and a no pressure owner/sales person I have ever met. The fact that his store is white-glove clean, all of his products are researched. The end result is high end, and ecologically sound when it is applicable.-you absolutely get what you pay for. My Singer 301A was a wedding present over 64 years ago. Looking for something new, I sidelined it for a new Brother's... machine. Bought a $1,000 vacuum from this guy and came back after a year with a few questions. He was rude, unprofessional and... did not care less that I was a customer. He is sweet as pie if you are buying an expensive machine but won’t answer any questions afterwards without a snarky attitude and poor demeanor.I live in Tustin and work in Fullerton. More nonsense from this guy. Granted I bought the vacuum few years ago, but this guy left such a bad taste in my mouth when I went to lunch across the street today I felt I needed to give a heads up to others.read more

I brought in my 15 year old Hoover vacuum cleaner and the owner, Mike, repaired it to last at least one more year. He... commented that he would not repair anything that would not last at least one more year. I am impressed with his professionalism and honesty. His son also educated me about vacuum cleaners and told me about three company's that I cannot go wrong with in buying their brand. I will now save up to buy a Miele. I highly recommend buying a vacuum cleaner from ABC and going there for repairs. These are good guys!read more

Mike, the owner took care of us. He was really great!!! Very knowledgeable. Full of useful information. Was very easy... going and willing to answer the many questions I had about an IQAir filter (the reason we stopped by). He showed us how it worked and had a cut away model to see the inside of it. Of course we bought one, and he will register it for us to extend the warranty. He also answered many questions about vacuum cleaners. He had a couple of dozen floor models and is very happy to make a recommendation based on your needs and preferences. We will be back later to buy one of those. He also has a several sewing machines, I plan on bringing my aunt by, she does quilting.read more

I have a Dyson vacuum and it hasn’t had much TLC in the last few years. There isn’t a Dyson repair place nearby and I... was reluctant to take it anywhere else. I finally decided to give ABC a chance and I am very happy. Everyone was very nice, informative and I think the pricing for repair was fair. They didn’t try to sell me a new vacuum or charge me an arm and leg to repair mine. Even gave me a good recommendation to not get a part changed because it works fine without it and it is pricey. I will definitely be back. Vacuum was also relayed on time as promised.read more

All I can say is excellent customer service and professional technical repair work on my SEBO K3 vacuum cleaner by... Mike. The vacuum cleaner power nozzle switch no longer worked so I had to bring the unit in for repair. I requested Mike do complete maintenance work on the vacuum also. Mike called me after diagnosing the problem and gave me a cost estimate. After my approval all repairs and maintenance work were completed by the next morning. Took only 4 days...back in business again cleaning house. My wife also brings her Pfaff quilter's sewing machine for maintenance work to Mike's repair shop every so many years. She says he does excellent work. Enough said.read more

I have been taking my Dyson for repairs and yearly maintenance for a few years now. I find them to be professional,... great at repairs and also very affordable. I had a recent incident where something had clogged by vacuum (twice) and they fixed it free of charge. How often does that happen anymore!!! Great customer service!read more
